  1. How do I enrol for new courses?
    • Upon payment, kindly login using your official email address as the username. Please check your email to retrieve your password.
  2. How much is the course fee?
    • RM 180.00 only.
  3. What are the payment methods?
    • There are two payment methods- online or offline:

      • Online payment - Credit Card. You can begin the course immediately upon successful online payment.
      • Offline payment- Cash/Cheque/Money Order (please pay at MIA HQ or MIA Regional Offices). You may also pay through the credit card authorisation form (download here) if you have problems with the online payment system. We will inform you by email for e-learning account activation once payment is processed.
  4. Can I pay using credit cards from other countries?
    • Yes. We accept VISA and master cards.
  5. How long does an offline payment process takes before I can access a course?
    • The duration for offline payment process will depend on your method of payment. Once we have received receipt of payment, you will be notified by email and you can then login to begin your lesson.
  6. Where and when can I print the receipt for online payment?
    • Once payment has been successfully made, the online receipt will appear and you may print it directly.
  7. Who can I refer to for enquiries on the course modules?
  8. What is the average duration for the e-MIC course?
    • This online e-MIC course can be completed in less than 4 hours. The MIA E-learning Member Induction course (e-MIC) is valid for 6 months from your admission date.
  9. What happens if I exceeded this 6 months course validity?
    • You are given 6 months to complete the course upon your admission date into the Institute. If you not completed the course within the given timeframe, the course expires. To redo the course, you will have to make a new payment of RM180.00 and start the course enrolment process once again.
  10. How do I know if I have completed the course?
    • Incomplete lessons are marked with red icons. Your completed lessons are marked with green icons. Please ensure that you have spent adequate time going through each lesson. Upon completion of ALL lessons with time spent adequately, you will receive a completion notification email. You can then collect your membership certificate.
  11. How do I collect my membership certificate?
    • Upon receipt of your e-MIC completion notification email, kindly download the collection of certificate form here or you may proceed to collect your membership certificate at MIA office. Please contact Membership Services at 603-2722 9000 or email to membership@mia.org.my for further details.
  12. How do I update my 4 CPE hours for Member Induction Course?
    • Membership department will assist to update your CPE hours (4 CPE hours) upon completion.
